The Chef Showdown puts Libya's culinary professionals head to head in live cooking rounds, judged in front of buyers and visitors on the HOST Libya main stage.
Rounds take place in front of the show audience, so the restaurant owners, hotel operators and procurement managers who attend see the talent at work. Culinary professionals from restaurants, hotels and catering are invited to enter.
Categories, judges and entry rules will be published ahead of the show. For suppliers, sponsorship places your brand in front of the chefs and kitchens that specify ingredients and equipment.
